Google chrome and Firefox are one of the most used and secured web browser used on the internet. Today I am going to show you information about Google chrome or Firefox Web browser.
Firefox :-
If you are a Firefox, you probably know to type about:config into the address box to get into the settings. This got me wondering if there were any other about: options, Here’s what I found:-
about:credits :- Everyone involved in creating Firefox
about:buildconfig :- The version and compiler details
about:plugins :- A list of all the installed Plug-ins
about:cache :- details of the memory and hard-drive caches
about:mozilla :- You have to try this and see !
about:crashes :- All the crash reports that have been sent to Mozilla
about:robots :- Another fun one to try.
about:home :- goes to the Firefox start page, irrespective of what home page you have set.
about:memory :- more than you need to know, but there’s a useful information about memory.
about:healthreport :- It will show you Health Report of your Firefox Browser.
Google Chrome: - Like Firefox, You can also find out the more browser information with these swatches.
Google Chrome’s internal chrome:// pages contain experimental features, diagnostic tools and detailed statistics. They’re hidden in Chrome’s user interface, so you have to know they exist to find them.
chrome://version/ :- This command will show your Google chrome version, OS, Java Script, user Agent and Executable path information.
chrome://credits/ :- This command will show you information Google chrome developers.
chrome://memory-redirect/ :- This command will show you information about memory used by particular applications in Google chrome.
chrome://cache/ :- This command will give you information about cached page by google chrome.
chrome://crashes/ :- It will show your crashes information. But first you need to enable the crashes report.
chrome://plugins/ :- This command will show you all plugins information installed in google Chrome.
chrome://chrome-urls/ :- This command will show you all chrome urls. Check each URL. Each URL will give you more information about Google chrome.
